The
first project I worked on at Microsoft Game Studios was Combat Flight Simulator
2(PC). They decided to go with an old war era comic book style look for their
User Interface, a look which they used both in their interface, as well as their
manual, and even cutscenes.
CD Rominski started out as a few month trial comic strip for Computer Source
Magazine. I have been going for over five and a half years now every month.
CD Rominski has been a fun outlet and
an opportunity to poke fun at the industry, and myself.
I would also do artwork for arcticles as well which led to another magazine
called Tekbug which was put out by the publishers of Computer Source. There
I did a regular single panel cartoon called Tekworld
You
may recognize this lady from the sketchbook section. My associate used this
piece(and inked it) for the cover of his anthology,
Slam
Bang, which he has brought back from a run in the 90's. Allen is also the
inker on my book,
Crossings.
This
piece was done for an art contest over at
Gibson
Dent.com. I liked the character, and thought he would be fun to draw. Turns
out I won!

Though
you may not be able to tell from much of this site, I have worked on things
besides Crimson Skies. Here are various projects that I've worked on both at
Microsoft, and for various publications.
